Stephen McGee

Steve McGee is a professional photo/video journalist who has travelled the world focusing on exposing human rights violations, conflict and humanitarian crises. He is currently a staff photographer/videographer at the Detroit Free Press where he produces multimedia content for their website.

Stephen’s multimedia work has won multiple awards in NPPA’s Best of Photography and Pictures of the Year International as he continues to push the forefront of visual storytelling. His photographic work has been published in numerous magazines including Der Spiegel and People Magazine.

Stephen plans on creating an organisation to connect photographers with non-profit agencies around the world. He lives a life dedicated to his faith and photography in Detroit, Michigan.
